Queremos agradecer la amabilidad y atención que han tenido con nosotros en la compra de nuestra nueva vivienda en Alcoceber.
Yolanda Ortega nos ha atendido, informado y gestionado en todo los trámites satisfactoriamente, aclarando dudas y mostrándose en todo momento profesional y sobre todo muy cercana, como si nos conociéramos desde hace muchos años. Confieso que hasta mi hijo de 4 años la considera como una nueva amista de la familia.
Volvería a contar con sus servicios para cualquier otra compra o alquiler y recomendaría Villas Azahar a mis conocidos con toda confianza.

A Dynamic Duo. Axel and Yolanda have a very good business partnership.. A combination of market knowledge,professional and language skills along with pleasant personalities. There seems to be a "shop" advertising properties on every corner in Alcossebre, and there are many corners in the town!.
Villas Azahar don"t cut corners,they are highly efficient and actually sell properties. They sold our apartment, thanks.

Wir sind mit der Beratung und dem Verkauf unseres Hauses sehr zufrieden gewesen. Kompetenz, Ordnung, Zuverlässigkeit und vor allen Dingen Ehrlichkeit sind hier Zuhause. Wir konnten uns immer auf alles verlassen und es wurde sich auch um Dinge gekümmert die über das normale Maß hinaus gingen. Sämtliche Fragen zur Immobilien- Abwicklung wurden ausnahmslos und kompetent beantwortet. Planung und Ausführung ließen keine Wünsche offen. Es hat alles immer reibungslos geklappt.

My wife and I had our Townhouse @ Palm Beach Alcossebre up for sale with several agents in the town, with very little success.
A friend of ours who lives in the town mentioned Axel van Endert @ Villas Azahar.
After a brief conversation with Axel he told us "I shall sell your Townhouse" and he also told us what the market was telling him.
Several photo"s were taken and entered on the Villas Azahar web-site, and details placed in the window.
We had a few viewers and within 3 months we had a buyer, and 7 days later we were sitting with the buyer and the Notary.
Yes, within another 3 days the money was in our bank account.
One thing for sure, Axel shall say what he thinks and sometimes it may not be what you want to hear, at least this way you know the lay of the land.
He gets straight to the point, therefore not wasting your time or his.
You also have Yolanda Ortega Reche from the office offering her support and they make good business partners who seem to be on the same wavelength.
Fast & Efficient, Straight Forward & Professional, that is the Axel way and this is the way we like things to be done.
