Der Verkauf unserer Wohnung in "Tres Playas" ist uns nach über 30 Jahren und vielen wundervollen Urlauben nicht leicht gefallen, aber bei Axel und Yolanda waren wir in den besten Händen! Sie haben uns in allen Fragen professionell unterstützt und nie ihre Freundlichkeit und ihren Humor verloren, auch wenn es mit den Behörden und anderen Stellen mal schwierig wurde. Wir hatten sofort Vertrauen in die beiden und sie haben uns nicht enttäuscht! Strongly recommend. Efficient, professional at all times. Communication is key and they lived up to expectations. At a time in one’s life when selling at a certain age can be incredible stressful the stress was total removed by the owners dealing with every aspect. Power of attorney is key. I felt out of my comfort zone but was soon put at ease due to the professionalism of the owner. Her knowledge is second to none. When I’m ready to buy again in Spain I’m coming straight back to her first.

Hemos vendido nuestra casa con Yolanda y todo han sido facilidades. Para hacer las fotos vino una persona muy profesional y agradable y quedaron estupendas. Pusimos a la venta con el precio que nos recomendó y fue un acierto. La casa se ha vendido en menos de un mes. Es una persona disponible, pro activa y dispuesta en ayudar en todo. La recomiendo al 100%

Nous avons eu le plaisir de travailler avec Yolanda pour la vente de notre maison et nous ne pourrions pas avoir rêvé mieux. Pour l’organisation des photos, recherche de papiers et gestion elle a été hyper disponible, très serviable à toute heure. La maison s’est vendu en moins d’un mois. Nous sommes très heureux et ne pouvons que vous encourager à travailler avec elle.
